"A urinary tract infection (UTI) is a bacterial infection that affects any part of the urinary tract. Although urine contains a variety of fluids, salts, and waste products, it usually does not have bacteria in it. When bacteria get into the bladder or kidney and multiply in the urine, they cause a UTI. The most common type of UTI is a bladder infection which is also often called cystitis. Another kind of UTI is a kidney infection, known as pyelonephritis, and is much more serious. You might be thinking or wondering what's with my intro right?hmmm, yesterday i had the result of my laboratory exam (blood, sugar, CBC, urinalysis), chest x-ray, and physical examination, but my urinalysis alarmed me so much. When Dr. Pasamonte informed my mom about me having UTI, she instructed mom to buy the antibiotic prescribed to me, and take it 2x a day for 1 week, these means i'm under medication for one week. And hopefully, after a week, my UTI is relieved.

^laboratory results: observe the pus cells value, accdg. to Dr. Pasamonte, it is higher than the normal value.^

I started to hink a lot of thinks, like, maybe this is my punishment from God, for all the wrong doings I've done, and I'm really sorry for those. I guess this is a new challenge for me then.

Recently, I researched in the net and found out that my UTI is the uncomplicated one, that was a relief, thank God. And for its treatment, antibiotics are advised, and i read that cranberry juice or blueberry juice can help relieve UTI's

Still, I continue to pray to God that I can get over this, and continue with my life. :)

for every beginning there a sad/happy ending...

I never thought that our graduation is already fast approaching. It's just like I only enrolled to ISNHS last year. everytime I hear my classmates talking about the graduation....I can't help putting up a sad face on myself.

I know for sure when it will be graduation day, I'll shed my tears, tears of joy and tears of sadness. Tears of joy because, after all the hardships that I have undergone for 4 years at ISNHS I have finally made my parents proud of me and i have succeeded in this stage.

Tears of sadness, because i'll miss all the laughs and tears that me and my friends shared. i'll miss my different barkadas, my friends, my bestfriends and all of the people that i had met through my high school years. Specially, the one special in my life, BEN. i will miss our hide and seek game before. We send PM's (personal message) with each other and enjoyed being together. And the tough problems that had strengthen our ties. Coz' the missing piece of my life that i've been searching for has been found, and i find HAPPINESS when I'm with him. ^_^

THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES THAT YOU'VE SHARED WITH ME!!

I WILL MISS ALL OF YOU!!!

But I'm afraid, soon we'll leave our alma mater - where I learned a lot of things, not only in academically but morally too. Even if we'll go on our separate our own ways, keep in mind that ISNHS molded us whatever we may be in the future.

Right now, I'm spending my time wisely at school. i enjoy everything I'm into. ^_^

But even if we'll be soon in COLLEGE. i hope i can still see and be with my barkadas, friends, bestfriends and him (BEN), coz' after all it's just a small world.

Editing videos and making music videos are fun. I can customize them-add effects, apply transitions and adding lyrics. Those are just few of what windows movie maker can do.

Mam Eve gave us the chance to choose which application are we going to take up, windows movie maker or Microsoft frontpage. I voted for frontpage but my classmates told me to just vote for movie maker. Well, I voted for movie maker, for the simple reason that, I’m good at it. [hahahahaha :D]. These days everyone has been busy, I was in practical mode at that time, if majority wins on movie maker, I won’t suffer.[ I guess???] plus in the first place I only voted for frontpage because I want to learn how to use it.

Most of the movies that Mam Eve requires us to submit, I made them at home. That’s because I want to help my other classmates by giving way to them. Most of my classmates don’t have their own PC’s at their homes, so why not give them the time? :D

Problems???well not that much…recently I lost my glasses so I usually just spend my time infront of the PC not for too long or else…i’ll have headache again.

Patience and a lot of time is needed to complete a one full customized movie.

Thanks to movie maker now I can edit my videos and pictures for easy and fun viewing.!

Love was lost for me, but after a long long time..... I'm in love again.[no doubts!]

This year has been full of surprises-winnings, acheivements and more. Everyday has been so great to me. And now we’ve got to spend our time wisely because our high school life is about to end.

High school life can’t be complete without our JS PROM, a program specially for us seniors and juniors. Before the prom night, preparations are done-a wonderful dress, sparkling accessories plus a little make-up. The program starts at exactly 4:00 PM at the gymnasium. I went at school about past 3:30 in the afternoon. I saw my friends in their lovely dresses and I felt like mine is not that beautiful. Well, kinda. My dress is just simple, purple in color, cocktail and with a big bow on its waist. I’ve got my 3 inch heels on my feet, sparkling crystals and a silver purse. And I’m carrying my best smile. As I enter the venue, I can feel the excitement and joy around the place. I know for sure that this is gonna be an unforgettable experience for me. As the music plays, people get along and dance. I had my first dance unexpectedly with the one I LOVE.[secret!] I felt I little nervous at that time. I enjoyed dancing with him, coz' we didn’t just dance we were able to get to know more each other. I may have only 5 dances in the prom, this year has been the best for me. Afterwards, the song ended. Actually, what I enjoy most is the dance for all part of the program. Once we hear the emcee saying “this is a dance for all…”. We all go to the center and dance wildy and lively. We laugh, we took pictures, how I wish there could be another Prom in college. The clock strikes at 8 in the evening and soon the program will end. We were demanding to extend the prom but I’m afraid we can’t. We just wanna have party![hehehe. :p]

After a very tiring long vacation...I didn't notice...exams are up!
CRAMMING...paper works here and there. This is the third time that I am not interested with the exams starting this school year...And I don't know why...I guess it's because I'm getting tired and lazy..hehe

*English is just fine...as well as the rest except Physics and Advance Chemistry...Advance Chemistry was so advanced...I couldn't hardly believe that I have finished the test in time, although I was stuck up in the modified true or false.

Day2:[Jan. 20]

Math, Economics, MAPEH, TLE-ICT IV

*Today is the day of all the "HEAD BREAKING and TWEAKING" subjects...[harhar!]

I was surprised that somehow I survived in my "NIGHTMARE" subject a.k.a MATH...hehe..in Economics we even graphed the curve of a demand..in MAPEH..[woah!]..enumeration and fill in the blanks. In TLE-ICT IV, our skills in html has been tested...after the test my hand almost got stiff because of writing..hehe :]

Day3:[Jan. 21]

Research

*"Pahabol" Of all the tests I took...This sure is the hardest...I tried so hard to memorize the equations but in the test....[toinks!]....there was no need for equations instead it was situations...both me and the whole class sat at our test papers....but to be able to survive somehow...I tried answering it. :P

-FINALLY THE TEST IS OVER!!!-

I've got some of my test results here:

MATH - 85 out of 100 = 92%

FILIPINO - 64 out of 100 = 85% [very LOW..huhu]

PHYSICS - 43 out of 70

TLE -

ENGLISH - 80 our of 100 = 91%

VALUES - no score but = 88% [it was already transmuted by our teacher]

MAPEH - 82 out of 100 = 91%

*after the exams..I've learned that CRAMMING can absolutely make you tired. And I've learned that I should accomplish all the requirements before the exam to avoid commotion...haha

*so moving on..I still need to study more, and more and more. And I should focus more on my studies not on the computer.[hahahahaha :p]

*well I can say my scores improved a lot this time than last year...i guess?hehehe

i won't blame anyone if i don't deserve the score or if it is low...but at least I tried my best.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!"

We screamed at the top of our voices...We even did this "jumping" thing that according to "PAMAHIIN" that as soon as the clock strikes 12 ...we JUMP! as high as we can so we can become more taller!! [hehe :p]

As we say goodbye to 2008 and welcome 2009 ... Fireworks started lighting up the skies...we enjoyed watching the sparkling colors of each fireworks... we lighted up some fireworks too..not to mention...my ninong bought some "pla-pla" ....OMG! it's like a bomb.. we even got shocked when he lighted one. We also enjoyed playing with glowing sticks [lusis/loses/luses whatever!]

Food was serve right at our dining table. Different kinds of food was made by our own families. It has been our tradition to have a joint feast together in my grandma's house.

but this year's strange...very strange...

When me and my sister went at home to get some more food...we saw strange red-orange sparkling light at the eastern part... We started having thoughts that there might be fire or something... Actually we saw it first when we lighted the fountain but we disregarded it... As soon as we saw it... We told our mom about it but she said "Maybe it's just fireworks, dear." Again we went back at grandma's house and started spreading about what we saw...my cousins thinks the same too...that it is possible that it is a fire ... after a while, my phone started vibrating and there were group messages sent by my friends telling me that there is a fire scene at Salcedo St.... It was FQ. Store ...a seller of different kinds of firecrackers and grocery items. As I read the message i started telling to everyone...Then my ninong opened the radio and there we were all shocked. According to the reporter...The house fire started from a drunk-smoker fellow who throwed his cigarette right infront of the firecrackers..there the fireworks began exploding until some fireworks went inside the said building where it started the fire..few minutes later the fire extended to the east and included the Formoso Lumber and Hardware ...from there Firemen started extinguishing the fire ... Good thing they had control on the fire scene after a while. But one thing is disappointed ..there are still 4 missing bodies left by this incident.

Yes, it is still the first day of 2009 and there is an incident already...

Will 2009 bring us luck or not?

Well...it only depends upon our actions!

*it was our christmas program at school...and probably its the last one since were graduating this coming march.

*i woke up late in the morning[about 7:30 AM] since i just arrived from Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan for the Regional School's Press Conference. As i walk, going to our classroom...i felt a little ignorant since i was out of school for about 4 days...hehe :) Upon approaching our room, my friends became so loud and began embracing me and greeting me "A MERRY CHRISTMAS!". There's MELANIE, my school pal...we use to joke each other during classes and laugh as loud as we can. She started pinching my cheeks as if i was a stuff toy and said..."Namiss ka Aika..." afterwards, i giggled and then SMILED at her.I together with the whole class of MAXWELL enjojed the GAMES. Not only that we have SHARED ones thoughts, GIGGLES and CHEERS and a lot more....the program went good.

*my sembreak....is full of ENERGY, LOVE, ENJOYMENT and SURPRISES. And full of WORK!!! [harhar]

*well, i decided to set first aside my ACADEMICS and have FUN first.[hehe]
*during sembreaks there's no need for ALARM CLOCKS in the morning,. In fact, i wake up at around 9 or 10 in the morning and sometimes even 12 noon. My breakfast is my lunch...after eating I go for a shower and then go heck out my cousin if he's available. Then, we play all day with our dearest PS2. Dance here and dance there...if we can't play we dance...[hahaha] we put our sound sysytem on FULL BLAST and dance. Then after dinner, I go to my best-est friend, my PC, and surf in the net.[friendster,youtube,multiply,blogger,stc..] Before I go to bed, I look for something good to watch over the TV in my room and when i sleep... it's past midnight[zzzzzz...]

*in the sundays of my sembreak...me and my family go for the holy mass then afterwards we visit our relatives at San Vicente and have a little feast...sunday is our FAMILY DAY.

*And of course throughout the sembreak...I communicate with my friends and with the ONE I LOVE...[blank!]...hehehe.it's private....really fishy huh???

*Don't forget SHOPPING...hahaha...even if i didn't have the chance to visit Manila this Christmas...i had FUN here in my hometown...hehe :]

When i first heard about HTML....I thought of head-breaking CODES...CODES...CODES..but another thing is....DIGITAL ART...yah...i'm the type of person that appreciates it alot.....

Even if I've learned a little bit about HTML codes....I can't just consider myself a professional about it....I've learned alot regarding HTML in our ICT class....What improper and what's proper. And each time I have discovered something nice...I jump for joy... I've learned how to transform a site of trash to a decent one...[-_-]

The only problem i have encountered is what kind of HTML code should i put with this???with that..??? I often commit mistakes in the code I put...but i guess it can't be help...I'm still an amateur and not a pro...hehe

More knowledge about HTML codes can help me dissolve the problem that I commonly encounter. Read...Ask....and apply the facts and info that I have gathered and study.

Someday, i dream of being a graphics designer......[ambitious?]

There is always a boundary between two things that are far apart…well that’s my opinion…

Just like when we have classes after each grading period we take periodical exams. This exam challenges each student if there was really any learning left in there heads. In my opinion, most of the students don’t take exams seriously. Some copy from there classmates, and all they care is to attain high scores to be recognized…honestly…I look in the angle wherein, learning is much important, no matter how high our scores maybe, if we didn’t learn anything. For seniors like us, we undergo different types of exams in preparation for the next step we take. There is NCAE, used in determining what course is fitted for a student to avoid mistaken jobs in the future. Another is the different college admission test of different colleges and universities for admission. I’ve took the UPCAT and I’m planning to take also USTET and UNP admission test.

Let me elaborate more…

I’ve chopped each topic for easier reading…

FIRST PERIODICAL EXAMS…

Before:

Obviously, students rush every requirment needed for exams. I learned to work double time a this time. I’ve reviewed and reviewed but nothing goes in my mind... I even thought of buying a memory enhancer…hehehe. And behind my back is time, I can’t manage my time very well specially in this situations. However, I’ll try my best in reviewing…

During:

Sssssshhh…!

Exams are going on…some of the exams we’ve taken were easy and some were difficult. During the test my only problem was lack of time. There were some I answered with just a guess. Still, I’m hoping to cope up with others…I guess…hehe^_^

After:

*at last it is all DONE..?

So relaxing…[sleepy]

Nothing beats a hot cup of coffee in bed after a tiring day…

I’m expecting again to have lower scores compared to others…when results were anounced…[drum roll]…i got lowest again in math…and in some subject I got high and some are a little low…[gloomy]…I’m so frustrated…I should have gave all my best. Well I guess I’ll try my best in the next exams though…ok I can do it!! Tira-tira!![cheered up]

I thought exams were over…well here’s NCAE…another “etchapwerah!” I want to extend my relaxation..but...i guess I have to review…hmmmm…I finally decided I won’t review…[nods] Honestly, I think it would be better if I’ll use my natural reservoir of information in my head, because I think it will work well. And everything will be fine, as long as I believe in myself.[smile].

The sky slowly turns to dark grey color…I gues it’ll rain again…

The NCAE I should last for about 5 hrs. but in our case we finished it ahead of time. Well, good for us, hehe…somehow I only encountered some of the items under the mathematical test my problem. I was hard up in solving them…so I tried guessing the answer again…hehehe…[laughs]

At long last I can finally take advantage of the time to relax…phew!...earlier I’ve been super worn out. I didn’t even had time for my family and my friends. But the good thing is..i’ve learned something in each day of my life.

After challenges are over….however…there are more to come for me to overcome them. As I overcome each challenge and fear…I know my friends will be there…my family…everyone…I will never get lonely and alone.

And as I will move on…I’ll continue to study and push myself a little bit more but I must make sure I won’t push myself too much or else…I’ll end up being hurt…[smiles]

I love what I am today, tomorrow, next week, next month, next year and in the future…!-[aika]

Life has many things to offer…

As days past by, people change …everything change. In each day of our lives , we learn from our own errors and laugh at our own errors. We cry when were hurt, we giggle when were happy. I those days did we really got what we wanted???

Admitt it all of us commit errors…some of them are indelibe some may be not. In my case there are some indelible memories thou. I guess my life is so hard thesedays, at home I’ve got tons of extra work and duties to do. At school, tons & tons of work also. It’s non-stop work for me. But I enjoy it.

I’ve discovered something new about myself, and that is…I became more interested in PHOTOGRAPHY…why???well, I really enjoy taking pictures of nature, people working and more. I started liking it when I first took a shot of the Vigan Heritage Village, Crisologo Street, Vigan City…unfortunately due to my tight copyright law..i can post it yet…sorry!

Going back to my new learnings and discoveries…

I’ve learned also how to cope up with others..on how and what way they do things. I ‘v also learned how to love someone and how to return love…

I guess I’ll set aside love first….and learn to put STUDIES first. I promised myself to focus more on mystudies so that I can be as the same level as my sister is. But as long as I will graduate….it’ll be fine!

As I mentioned I’ve got tons & tons of problems and challenges but no conflict. These problems of mine involves around the SCHOOL, MY FAMILY, MY HOME and….hmmm..oh! no more. They may look simple but they’re so hard to solve. I Have problems in studies which is on MATH…I don’t know why? But I’m so DUMB when I’m dealing with numbers, but sometimes I can cope up… in my family, a lot of miaunderstandings are arising. At home, the jobs that are given to me..with this problems I think my head is gonna BURST, EXPLODE and BROKEN into pieces.

In facing this problems, I learn to face them bravely and overcome them. In my studies, I can study more, so that I can excel more. In my family, I must learn to feel what they also feel. At home, I must manage my time wisele and equally. And I should relax too.

In every step I make, I can see myself following the path that I have chosen. I must not fear thus I must bear it and face it..! and I know I can do it!

what do i think about ICT...hmmmmm!?

As different school years pass, more and more things are coming. More surprises,more twists, and more up’s and down’s will emerge thus, we need more energy and courage to face them.

In our present curriculum, ICT is in our reach. Knowing it, ICT has been the most interesting part or the turning point within the curriculum. Why? It is because, it is were we, students, can explore more about the internet. On how it started, how to use it, and on how it is today. Each day, I learn many things. In fact even if others say that I’m good at it, I too commit mistakes. And I bet even if I am already a pro, there are still lacking facts and ideas that are to be filled in. The knowledge I gain throughout our class had really helped me a lot. But the fact is, even if we don’t have that much talks or discussions, it’s fun.

However, I guess… one of the problems I encounter is the time. Well, most of my classmates are really saying that “It would have been better if there was more time.” And I agree with that. Being aware that ther is a gap between or classroom and the computer lab, this adds up to the deduction of our period in ICT. Another is the computers, I’m really pissed of everytime our computer hungs-up suddenly. If I were to suggest one thing, I’d suggest to upgrade the computers to make them faster so that we, students can work with it efficiently and effectively because the fact is were aware about technology nowadays and the new technology helps us to bloom and sprung up.

Challenges can never be avoided. I can consider the time, because time is time and we can never change it or we can’t go back to time, aren’t we? Regarding the system of our computers, I guess its up to the school. I’m not saying that I’m not satisfied but the fact is it’s just my opinion. To sum it up, even there were problems, we’ve moved on and learned.

Moving on I will never regret that I have studied. In fact, what was important is what I learned and I’ve learned to use and apply them in good ways to help others and our country. No one can replace the learnings and experiences that I manage to keep in as a fragment of my memory. With this, I will pursue my dreams.

i enjoyed watching it..there were parts that are funny and there were [arts that made me cry[tears]...

the story focuses among the love of YANO and NANA....YANO is the most popular guy in their school..NANA confessed to him that she love him....unil they were close friends...in there school festival..YANO admittted that he also loves NANA in return...NANA cried and YANO embraced her and they kiss...the fireworks blasted....

today is our pre-test or diagnostic test applicable to all of our subjects exclude our advance chemistry....

for this week we've been so busy for the exhibit...our topic is about our very own national anthem...

SCHEDULE OF PRE-TEST:

Mathematics IV(7:30-8:30AM)
*OMG!!!...its so complicated...some questions are easy but mostly so difficult...i'm even getting dizzy in dealing with numbers...*

Filipino IV(8:30-9:30AM)
*after the brain tweaker test on Math this one is much fine for me...hmmmmm....*

RECESS TIME(9:30-10:00AM)
*hahaha!...this is the easiest one...no reviews...*

Science IV~Physics(10:00-11:00AM)
*here comes another hemorrhagic test...i'm bleeding!...although we've took the same test when we were in third year...i can't recall my answers anymore..!!*

TLE~ICT IV(11:00-12:00NN)
*phew!...enough with the pre-tests...in ou TLE we didn't have any pre-test...YAY!...but we'll take one tommorow...BOOO!...we had elimination round for the nutri-quiz contestants for school level...lucky for me i'm included...i'm one of the top 3 chosen students in our class...i'm sooo HAPPY!^^*

LUNCH BREAK(12:00-1:00PM)
*it's nothing much...i just decided to play NBA LIVE '07 to relax my stressed brain...*

*hmmmm...this one is a little easy....done!*

*i was so confident...i thought there will be no pre-test but....there was indeed..huhu..i'm so exhausted already...of all the pre-test that we've taken this one's the HARDEST of the HARDEST...whoa!...it's only 20 items but its so difficult...*

Advance Chemistry(3:00-4:00PM)
*we didn't have a pre-test but instead...a QUIZ!!!!!????what the....i'm freakin' out x_x...*

*at last after a day of tests....here come the last test for the day...at least this ones easy...ahmmm...?...finished!*
